In April 2023 we welcomed an inspector from CQC in our first inspection since 2017 and first under our current Registered Manager (who has been with Community Care Options since 1999).
We are pleased to continue to be rated as Good with the report noting that the service was consistently managed and well led resulting in a ‘positive culture that is person-centred, open, inclusive and empowering, which achieves good outcomes for people‘. Every member of the team at Community Care Options plays a valuable role in providing a safe and caring service and we are pleased that this is recognised in the report; ‘The service had a low turnover of staff, with some working with the same people for many years. This had a positive impact on people’s support and observations showed empowering relationships between staff and people receiving support.‘
