Are you looking for a rewarding role in Adult Social Care where no two days are the same? Here at Community Care Options, we support adults with varying disabilities e.g., autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities. We provide support when they need to access the community, attend appointments, manage their household, help to encourage independence, personal care where needed. Most of the adults we support are in our Outreach Service, and some live in our Supported Tenancy in Kearsley.

Community Care Options provides a high quality, compassionate, empathetic and person centred care and support to all our adults across Bolton, Farnworth, Kearsley, Horwich, Westhoughton. We have a very experienced and friendly staff team, many of whom have been with us over 15 years. All our staff will support you and make you welcome.

All training provided is up to date and ongoing, some online, some face to face.

About the role:

We are looking for a Support Worker who enjoys variety, a challenge and is adaptable to the needs of service and the adults they support. Due to the nature of the business, you will need to be flexible, confident in communicating and interacting with adults of varying needs, treat people with compassion, respect, dignity and care.

You will work on a rota basis which includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Experience is desirable but full training will be given to the right candidate.

Hourly rate £13.06 per hour.
Mileage paid at 0.45 per mile weekly.
Use of a car is essential and full UK driving license, business car insurance.
DBS will be required.
Immediate start (subject to DBS) for the right candidate.
